Administrators have the authority to suspend or permanently block user profiles found violating sessional content standards or copyright guidelines. Suspended contributors are barred from uploading or generating share links for the suspension duration. Administrators can also permanently delete generated share codes, terminating access for visitors and sending automated email warnings to all interested parties.

1. Commercial Pricing Model & Unit Interaction Rates

DPGNotes employs a dual-interaction monetization architecture designed to reward authentic user engagement while penalizing synthetic, accidental, or deceptive clicks:

• Genuine Hover Rate: ₹12 per unique hover / month for verified contributors, and ₹6 (50% reduced rate) for guest visitors. Calculated strictly for authentic cursor dwell events lasting at least 5 continuous seconds (5000ms) on the ad destination button. Accidental glides, quick passes, and robotic scripts are excluded.
• Genuine Visit Rate: ₹20 per unique visit / month for verified contributors, and ₹10 (50% reduced rate) for guest visitors. • Eligible Peer Placements: Valid on another contributor's Assignment/Practical solutions, PDF resources, or platform utility and legal note pages. (Self-placements on the advertiser's own resources earn ₹0 subsidy).

3. 12-Hour Gap Anomaly Protection & 15-Day Account Flagging

To shield advertisers from rapid unnatural loops or malicious click inflation:

• 12-Hour Interaction Gap Threshold: If repeated visits or hovers on the same ad URL occur with a time gap of less than 12 hours, all Firestore charging logs for that specific ad are canceled and purged.
• 15-Day Ads Suspension Flag: The responsible contributor UID or guest identity (Guest ID & Client Device ID) is automatically flagged for 15 days, with a Violation recorded in the Admin Portal. All historical and future interactions during this 15-day window are permanently excluded from billing.

4. Monthly Billing Cycle & Finalization on the 5th of Each Month

Each calendar month represents an isolated billing period (e.g. YYYY-MM):

• Finalization on 5th of Month: On the 5th day of every calendar month, the previous monthly cycle concludes, freezes permanently into the Firestore ledger (ads_monetization_ledger), and an automated itemized statement email is dispatched to the advertiser.
• Immutable Ledger: Newly uploaded resources submitted during subsequent months apply only to future billing cycles and will not retroactively alter previously finalized monthly statements.
• Real-Time Notice: Contributors are reminded: On the 5th of each month, the previous monthly cycle concludes with bill finalization, immutable ledger locking, and an automated itemized statement dispatched to your registered email.

5. 15-Day Payment Window & Actions for Unpaid Bills

Every monthly billing cycle finishes at the end of the month. Contributors are given a 15-day grace period (from the 1st through the 15th of the new month) to clear their advertising dues or request a fee concession.

• Overdue Campaign Pausing: If an ad bill remains unpaid after the 15-day window, running ads are temporarily paused and taken off the platform so extra charges do not accumulate.
• New Upload Restrictions: Uploading new ad campaigns is paused until past dues are settled or waived.
• Academic Uploads Stay 100% Untouched: Your public study notes, lab manuals, and exam solutions are never removed or penalized because of an advertising balance. Academic resources remain freely accessible.
• Instant Restoration: Once payment is confirmed by our administrators, your campaigns are switched back on immediately.
