DRASA applies universally and without exception to all individuals accessing our services, including unregistered guest users, registered student contributors, faculty reviewers, and community moderators.

Every student contributor uploading revision guides, laboratory manuals, or lecture summaries covenants to observe the Academic Integrity Code:

• Prohibition of Commercial Monetization: No user may attempt to sell, paywall, or lock educational content hosted on DPGNotes behind third-party pay gates or micro-transaction shorteners.

Sanctions imposed under DRASA are strictly proportional to the verified tier:

• Contributor Probation: Account retains full reading and download rights but loses note uploading privileges for 7 to 30 days.
• Full Suspension: Total denial of login authentication, dashboard tools, and generation features.
• Permanent Blacklist: Irreversible account deletion and firewall-level rejection of associated network identifiers.

7. Formal Appeals & Reinstatement Procedure

Any participant whose privileges have been restricted or suspended under DRASA holds the statutory right to submit an appeal within fifteen (15) calendar days of the disciplinary notice. Appeals are handled by an independent Grievance Review Officer who was not involved in the initial automated flag:

Nothing within DRASA limits the right of DPGNotes and Akshat Network Hub to pursue formal legal remedies under the laws of the Republic of India. In cases involving Tier 5 cyber attacks, extortion, unauthorized database penetration, or deliberate data sabotage, DPGNotes reserves the express right to initiate criminal complaints under Sections 43, 66, and 70 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and corresponding provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) with the Cyber Crime Police Cell, Gurugram, Haryana.
